One Handkerchief Makes a Small Quilt In this colourful book, Nova Scotian quilter Margó Takacs Marshall shares her techniques for making small, personal handkerchief quilts that measure only 20” x 20”. Her motto of 'recycle, re-use and revalue' led her to make a series of 58 quilts that incorporate recycled handkerchiefs or textiles and buttons. Drawing from her many years of experience, her quilts include traditional piercing, English paper piercing, appliqué, embroidery, rubber-stamping and much more. She takes you through the design process and shares the story behind each quilt.
